KUALA LUMPUR, March 15 – The Malaysian Overseas Commerce Growth Company (Matrade) has launched its new and improved tips for the Service Export Fund (SEF) to enhance the capabilities of Malaysian service suppliers (MSPs) to entry to the overseas challenge market.
