The Discovery Center is in the Halloween spirit
BINGHAMTON (WBNG) – If you visit the Discovery Center in October, you’ll find that the exhibits are back with a Halloween theme.
Activities include a haunted playhouse and Mad Scientist Dr. Noggin’s Lab. Kids can mix up a batch of spells or take a ride in Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage. There will also be a dress-up station where children can try on different costumes.
Members enter for free and admission for non-members is $ 8. Reservations are encouraged.
On October 30 and 31, the Discovery Center and Ross Park Zoo welcome Halloweekend. With a single entry, guests will have access to the entire campus from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a costume contest at noon with plenty of other activities throughout the day.
There is a limit of 500 guests per day, so reservations for Halloweekend are required online before the weekend as no tickets will be sold on that day. Tickets cost $ 13 for non-members and a reduced price for members.
